SIMAD II

SIMAD 2 create a 3 km radius protection with a zone against a single or multiple drones, suppressing communication, control and GNSS signals.

Operation

  • Operation in semi-automatic or automatic mode (Real-time protection).

  • Automatically search, detect and determine the direction of the threat.

  • Once the drone is detected, it performs radio suppression of the threat’s communication signals.

SIMAD III

SIMAD 3 use passive and active detection systems to create a full monitoring area with 3 to 10 km of detection range using ATALAIA radar. To cover a 360° area, it’s necessary 8 radars (45° covering sector per radar).

Operation

  • Operation in semi-automatic or automatic mode (Real-time protection).

  • Automatically search, detect and determine the direction of the threat.

  • Once the drone is detected, it performs radio suppression of the threat’s communication signals.

  • Detection of UAVs flying in radio silent mode (using ATALAIA radar)

  • Radio suppression of control channels and satellite signal receivers onboard UAVs
